There are currently two ways to get involved in Corporate Sponsorship:
Project Leg Up or Platinum Gold/Silver/Bronze and Business Level Sponsors
Project Leg UP is a great way for Corporations, Businesses and Organizations to donate one of the weeks of Summer Camps to the kids and staff of their community.
An organization, employees or group of organizations will take on the financial responsibility of 100 children’s bus cost, eight staff and two one on one worker costs. $7,500 is the total cost to make summer memories a reality for 100 deserving children and their keen staff mentors.
This will also allow the cost of the camp and animal care for the weeks to be raised through community donations, fundraising and pledges.
Project“Leg UP”(a horse term meaning helping another to get in the saddle) will be the key to Camp Funny Farm’s ability to provide resources beyond the over 3500 children and families of Southwestern Ontario since inception …you can keep that number growing by making a difference and taking on a week of Project “LEG UP”

How do we work and why start your own Project Leg Up Campaign?
Farmtown is a rural site location with animals and environmental opportunities that help marginalized children to become empowered in life. Many of our children have barriers to success from physical, social to psychological that are overcome with the help of animals and peer mentors in a social, recreational therapeutic setting. We have had strong community partners that include the YMCA, Children and Family Services, Fanshawe College, and University of Western Ontario along with private businesses, but there are never enough hands or resources for our kids and herd! Teaching about boundaries, choice making, respect, leadership and self esteem are areas that we are competent in. Many of our attendees have gone on to our Leaders in Training and Staff positions. Program delivery and well trained staff are key to our success this coming summer with the next “crop” of children to walk through our farm gates. But we need your Business to run a campaign to give kids a LEG UP.
This summer we will be running buses for eight weeks to three catchment communities to pick up children from low income and cooperative housing who would not otherwise have a chance to attend camps. Outcomes will include healthier children who are not left alone this summer. Our camps continued support with counselling, fall and spring programs and referral resources will facilitate positive family outcomes also. The first week of September will see all kids and families return for a free open house and BBQ and help them get involved volunteering in their communities.
Only 8 businesses yearly can be PROJECT LEG UP SUPPORTERS with special recognition and privileges for use of our site.

Why become a Platinum Gold Silver Bronze or Business Sponsor?
An effective way for businesses and corporations to become involved with non-profit organizations,cause-related marketing refers to a type of marketing involving the cooperative efforts of a "for profit" business and a non-profit organization for mutual benefit. It will be these types of relationships that will help Farmtown Canada and Funny Farm to reach many of it’s goals and objectives. As well, businesses receive the “good-will” benefit of associating their business with a charitable organization, through branding appearing on our websites, pamphlets mail-outs and display ads, vehicles, as well as radio and television media.
The Farmtown Canada Corporate Partnership program represents the opportunity for businesses and corporations to work together with Farmtown and Funny Farm to effectively deliver the programs and initiatives to children and families living in London’s inner city and surrounding St. Thomas, Aylmer, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, Dorchester and many points in between. By providing funds, in kind gifts, or volunteer support, our partnership with businesses large, medium and small will been key to our long sustainability.

We invite Companies to find out about involvement at all levels and join the herd helping us connect people to your business and web site and connect kids to programs and resources here on the farm.
Business Sponsors are organizations that decide to leverage their business to raise funds on our behalf. A business may chose to offer a percentage of their sales donated into our organization. Additionally they may propose an Employee/Volunteer/Family Program where a percentage of sales through those individuals, our member contacts or a payroll percentage deduction from their organization may be donated to Farmtown Canada and Funny Farm.
Along with being part of our regular literature and website recognition, sponsors and supporters are recognized yearly in the media and at our annual banquet.
